Villeroy & Boch

Yes. The company holds exclusive distribution for the brand on the island, so ceramics arrive through official supply rather than parallel import. That brings valid local guarantees, accurate technical drawings for installers, and genuine replacement components such as seats, hinges, and flush mechanisms.

Twenty-nine items covering bathroom ceramics: 11 washbasins, 7 rimless toilets and WCs, 4 rectangular baths, and 7 ViConnect installation systems comprising concealed cisterns, frames for dry wall or floor-standing pans, and dual flush plates finished in chrome or white.

Artis and Collaro supply surface-mounted basins, Avento covers both a basin and a wall-mounted WC, Venticello adds a semi-recessed basin plus a Combi-Pack toilet, Subway appears in 2.0 and 3.0 generations, O.novo offers wall-mounted and floor-standing pans, and Oberon covers the baths.

The company traces back to 1748 in what is now Germany and Luxembourg, making it one of the oldest ceramic manufacturers still operating. That history matters practically as well as sentimentally, because glaze chemistry and firing technique are areas where accumulated experience genuinely shows.

CeramicPlus is a surface treatment fired into the ceramic rather than applied as a coating afterwards. Water beads and runs off carrying dirt with it, so deposits struggle to bond. Cleaning takes less time and far less detergent, and the effect does not wear away.

Quaryl combines quartz sand with acrylic resin, giving a bath shell that resists impact, shock, and scratching while retaining heat noticeably longer than plain acrylic. The material also allows more precise edge forming, which produces the crisp rectangular lines seen across the Oberon range.

DirectFlush shapes a rimless bowl so water sweeps evenly across the whole surface. TwistFlush, used on Subway 3.0, sends water into a controlled spiral instead, cleaning thoroughly on a smaller volume per cycle and running more quietly. Both remove the traditional rim entirely.

ViConnect covers the concealed cistern and supporting frame that a wall-mounted pan needs, with variants for dry wall construction and for floor-standing installations, plus the visible actuator plate. Order framing together with the ceramic so dimensions align at first fix rather than afterwards.

The range here is sanitary ware. Villeroy & Boch also produces well known dining collections, but those sit outside the current selection. For table pieces our Le Creuset category covers mills, stoneware sets, mugs, and serving accessories instead.

White Alpin runs through almost the entire range, the bright neutral that keeps basins, toilets, and baths visually identical. A single Collaro basin is offered in Stone White, a warmer shade for schemes built around timber or natural stone. Actuator plates arrive polished or matt.

Yes, and many bathrooms do. Because every piece shares the same White Alpin tone, an Artis basin sits comfortably beside a Subway pan and an Oberon bath. Form language differs slightly between families, so our showroom teams advise on which combinations read as deliberate.

Mild detergent, warm water, and a soft cloth handle routine care. Avoid abrasive powders and strong acids, which damage glaze over time. Hard Cypriot water leaves limescale quickly, so a diluted vinegar wipe at the waste and water line once weekly prevents dull rings.

Full manufacturer cover applies throughout Cyprus and is handled locally through Hadjikyriakos as distributor. Terms treat ceramics, mechanical components, and seats separately, so confirm for your chosen items. Correct installation is a condition of cover, which is why professional fitting is worth insisting on.

Complete bathroom displays are set up at Nicosia, Limassol, and Paphos, letting you see basins, pans, and baths together rather than as catalogue images. The online store lists the same range with fast and free island-wide delivery, backed by advice since 1886.
