Returns Policy

For your online purchases, you have the right to change your mind and withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any explanation.

Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day after the day on which you acquire, or a third party designated by you — other than the carrier of Hadjikyriakos & Sons Ltd — acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement — for example a registered letter sent by post to Hadjikyriakos & Sons Ltd, Hadjikyriakos Building 2nd floor, 121 Prodromos Str., P.O. Box 21587, 1511 Nicosia, Cyprus, or by email to info@hadjikyriakos.com.cy. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration before the withdrawal period has expired.

Please note that the responsibility for proving the date the letter was sent lies with you, the consumer. We therefore advise sending it by registered mail.

You can also fill in and submit the withdrawal form, or any other clear statement, electronically via our website www.hadjikyriakos.com.cy. If you use this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email without delay.

Obligations of Hadjikyriakos & Sons Ltd in case of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the online contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Buyer’s obligations in case of withdrawal

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired. You only bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

For goods that by their nature cannot normally be returned by post and were delivered to your home by us, we will collect them at our own expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases, among others:

• Service contracts after the service has been fully performed, if performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you would lose the right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed.
• The supply of goods made to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
• The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (personal care products).
